1. Who publishes Snake Survival

Snake Survival is a game designed and published by SUNDER DEV, the trade name of Ahmed Sanoko, a sole proprietor registered in the French National Business Register (SIREN 980 468 870, SIRET 980 468 870 00020, APE code 6201Z), 69 rue de Mon Désert, 54000 Nancy, France. 2. The game

Snake Survival can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play. By installing the game, you accept these terms as well as Apple’s or Google’s terms for downloads and purchases. The game can be played offline; online duels, purchases and VIP codes require an internet connection.

3. Profile and nickname

On first launch, the game asks for a nickname and your age. Your age stays on your phone. Your nickname, followed by four digits, is visible to other players in duels: it must not be insulting, discriminatory or sexual in nature, must not impersonate anyone, and must not contain any personal information. The game rejects inappropriate words; SUNDER DEV may also remove a reported nickname.

4. Online duels

Online duels run through Unity’s servers. Play fair: any attempt to cheat, modify the game or disrupt other players’ games may result in your access to online duels being blocked. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of an outage.

5. In-app purchases

The game offers one optional purchase: a pack of survival lives, at the price shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; SunderDev never receives your payment information. Purchased lives are credited as soon as the payment is approved and are used up when you choose to continue a game.

This is digital content delivered immediately: by confirming the purchase, you request its immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal (Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). For a refund, contact Apple or Google, who apply their own rules. A minor must have their parents’ permission to make purchases; Apple’s and Google’s parental control settings can be used to block purchases.

6. Coins, gems and in-game items

Coins, gems, lives, stars and skins only have value within the game. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or refunded. They are saved on your phone and disappear if you uninstall the game or clear its data; “Restore purchases” lets you recover purchases made with your Apple or Google account.

7. VIP codes

A VIP code is personal and can only be used once, on a single phone. It cannot be sold or traded. A code that has been shared or obtained fraudulently may be refused.

8. Changes to the game

SUNDER DEV may change the game: modes, challenges, balancing, in-game prices and skins. Some settings may be adjusted remotely, without an update, to balance gameplay. These terms may change; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

9. Intellectual property

The game, its graphics, sounds, text and code belong to SUNDER DEV or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to play Snake Survival, without the right to copy, modify or resell it.

10. Liability

SUNDER DEV provides the game with care but cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors on all devices. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law as a consumer, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

11. Personal data

The data processed by the game is described in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, write first to contact@sunderdev.com: we will look for an amicable solution. A consumer may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
